McKinnon graduated from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2024. Before joining the Lessiter Media team in 2026, he interned for SponsorUnited (a sports sponsorship company) and spent a few years working in Business Development for a hospitality company. When he’s not at work, he loves watching sports (New Orleans Saints, Chicago Bulls, Chicago Cubs), playing basketball, cooking and traveling.
