Believe it or not, the customer isn’t always right. It might seem counterintuitive… why would you fire a client who is contributing to your bottom line? I’ve detailed four valid reasons below.

You might find it requires careful consideration and thorough knowledge of what role this customer plays from a revenue standpoint. Additionally, various factors may mean the issues you have with a particular customer outweigh the benefits of continuing to work with them.

Sometimes it’s just not worth sacrificing the bandwidth of your patience, time, resources and effort. You’re better off putting that time and effort into building new, healthy customer relationships.
