Last March, we introduced the Rapid Response Team (RRT) to help stalled projects ignite action. The team is made up of representatives from all departments: Dallas Ziebell, Jeff Lazewski, Michelle Drewek, Kim Schmidt, Mike Lessiter and Patrick Sharpe.
Projects can be specific to one property (such as the Strip-Till Farmer example below) or something that impacts the whole company.
Once a project is handed off to the RRT, we sit down with you to discuss the scope of the project and its bottlenecks. Based on the project, a team lead is designated, and we divide and conquer to get the job done.
In the last month, the RRT has been called into action twice and successfully completed its missions.
